This training course if for new and existing users to OpenText Retain.  It will provide End-Users with extensive knowledge on how to use the Retain Unified Communications Archival system.

• Applying Filters
• Performing Advanced Searches
• Using the Retain Mobile App
• Using the Retain integration for GroupWise and/or Exchange
