Online Trouble Ticket Management PDF Print E-mail

Our customers are our biggest asset. Over the years we have managed to build strong business relationships with our customers. It is therefore very important for us that you as a customer should have more access to your account profile on our systems.  All support requests are managed through NETCB's Online Trouble Ticket Management system.

 

If you have already registered previously at NETCB, you may proceed to login using your existing credentials.

To enable your access to this profile, you need to register online. This registration will then be matched with your corporate profile on our system which should take place within 24 hours. If your profile does not match to any corporate profile we have for existing customers, you will be registered as a new customer.

Registration on our portal allow you to do any of the following:

  • Register Support Incidents
  • Request Quotations and Proposals
  • Track the status of your incidents and requests
  • Register for our events
  • Review your account status with us, if authorised
  • Manage the status of your service level agreement

It is required for Service Level Agreement customers to register their authorised contacts. The incident logging procedure has to be followed to ensure that a support incident is activated on our system.
