The staff at NETCB has been involved in the largest number of GroupWise deployments in Africa. This also means that NETCB has staff with experience on GroupWise since 1992 when it was still known as WordPerfect Office.
As part of many GroupWise Deployment projects, training is one of the most important aspects to facilitate change management within the user community. Over the years we have created our own training material that we customise for each GroupWise deployment.
The biggest mistake most organisations make when deploying GroupWise is to train the users on how to use the functions of GroupWise and not how to apply GroupWise within their business environment.
This is no wonder that so many organisations fail at the deployment of their GroupWare products such and Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Notes and GroupWise. In many cases, it is still only used as an e-mail product.
Through NETCB we facilitate the application of GroupWise as a collaboration tool to the business. It becomes a supporting function in the way you do business and communicate. For this to be achieved we analyse the business and the critical success factors. The implementation and deployment of GroupWise and the training of the users is then aligned to achieve these objectives.
As the leading force within the GroupWise community in Africa, NETCB also combines all the related technologies and software customisations that may be required to provide a comprehensive solution to a customer.
With our GroupWise Document Management consulting and implementation methodologies we have managed to implement highly successful document management solutions using the GroupWise Library system.
If GroupWise does not work for you at this stage, please do not hesitate to contact us urgently to help you to protect that investment. In every case where GroupWise did not work or perform correctly it was due to poor planning and non-existent change management. The end-users and system administrators also have very little or almost no training. GroupWise as a product cannot be blamed for these situations.
We have managed time and again to turn a problematic GroupWise implementation into something that works properly.
