A n integral part of NETCB's ability to deliver results is the comprehensive services model that accompanies our solutions and products. The days are gone where a customer merely order a product and a boxed delivery took place.
NETCB provides along with our solutions and products the consulting know-how and technical support services that are required to ensure that what we provide to our customers is implemented and deployed according to best practice methods and standards.
Apart from providing consulting and technical expertise, we also provide software development and customisation services. This is further supported by an co-sourcing model where we can place our engineers on a more permanent basis at a customer.
These services are automatically included with our solutions and products, but we now find it more often that a customer will rather sign a Service Level Agreement with us in order to provide these services on a constant basis.
Our Service Level Agreements provide from technical Hot Standby Support to permanent On-Site Support Staff based upon predefined performance criteria. Consulting and Software Development services are also offered through Service Level Agreements.
