It is therefore very important for us that you as a customer should have more access to your account profile on our systems. All support requests are managed through NETCB's Online Trouble Ticket Management system.
If you have already registered previously at NETCB, you may proceed to login using your existing credentials.
It is required for Service Level Agreement customers to register their authorised contacts. The incident logging procedure has to be followed to ensure that a support incident is activated on our system.
